Rehearsal Times, Changes & Cancellations

  • Rehearsal times and locations will be announced before the start of each semester.
  • If a rehearsal time or location needs to be changed during the semester, announcements will generally be made at a prior rehearsal and/or noted on the printed rehearsal schedule.
  • In the event that a scheduled rehearsal must be canceled unexpectedly for any reason, an announcement will generally be sent to all singers by email.  In case of inclement weather, always check for an email before leaving for rehearsal!
  • For those who do not have access to email, please make arrangements with the Membership Chair at the start of the semester so we can phone you instead with any important communications.
