The Board President will contact the complainant within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion. If the complainant believes the complaint creates a conflict of interest for the President, any other Officer (Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer) may act as the primary point of contact for communicating the complaint.
