Description

For Fall/Winter 2025, each singer will need a vocal score for Magnificat (BWV 243) by Johann Sebastian Bach, plus 8 smaller pieces of music. If you plan to use your own Bach score, you will only need to order these 8 other pieces (available from Cappella only as a set).

This set of 8 other pieces includes: 3 Christmas Carols arranged by John Rutter (“The Very Best Time of Year”, “Deck the Hall”, “Silent Night”), “Bogoroditse Devo” by Rachmaninov, 3 Sing-Along Carols (traditional), and “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s Messiah.

Music scores are ordinarily made available for pickup at the first rehearsal. If you’d like to have your scores early so you can work on them BEFORE the first rehearsal, please call 860-532-0454 to arrange for earlier pickup (if available). You can pay for scores at the time of pick up using cash or check, or pay online with a credit card before pickup.
